Co-founded and led IT project delivery for enterprise and corporate clients across Thailand. Managed end-to-end software development, system implementation, infrastructure, and digital transformation projects.

  • Managed end-to-end IT project delivery across requirement gathering, project planning, development coordination, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Analyzed client business problems and translated business needs into system requirements, workflow designs, and project deliverables.
  • Coordinated with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to clarify scope, priorities, issues, and change requests.
  • Led a technical team of up to 5 members across task assignment, progress tracking, issue resolution, quality control, and delivery coordination.
  • Delivered IT solutions for major enterprise and corporate clients including Tesco Lotus, SCG, MegaHome, Thai Honda, Pruksa, Thanachart Bank, Thanachart Insurance, and other organizations.
  • Designed and delivered web applications, CRM systems, CMS platforms, admin panels, API integrations, and custom business systems.
  • Managed project scope, timeline, risks, issues, documentation, and change requests.
  • Coordinated IT infrastructure tasks including Linux/Ubuntu server environments, Proxmox virtualization, hosting setup, deployment, and post-deployment support.
  • Developed and maintained LineCRM, MayaCMS, and MayaPanelGenerator.
  • Applied digital transformation, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solution concepts to improve business processes and support scalable solution delivery.
